By registering and submitting a pitch, participants confirm they are pre‑seed or seed‑stage founders based in India and agree to these Terms & Conditions and Rules of Engagement.

No Guarantee of Funding

Pitchto.vc does not promise that participation will result in VC calls or funding; forwarding to VCs is not an endorsement or commitment of investment.

Selection & Scoring

All pitches are evaluated via an AI-driven scorecard on metrics: Opener, Engagement, Closing, Stats, Objections, Summary . Scores are proprietary to Pitchto.vc and confidential between Pitchto.vc and the founder. Final forwarding decisions require a minimum threshold score plus manual review by the Pitchto.vc team.

Impartial Evaluation

Pitch assessments are conducted without bias; any Pitchto.vc or VC team member with a conflict of interest must recuse themselves.

Data & Privacy

Personal data and pitch materials are processed under our Privacy Policy; consent is obtained at registration and records are securely stored.

Intellectual Property

Founders retain all IP rights to their submissions; by entering, you grant Pitchto.vc and partner VCs a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to review and evaluate your materials.

Communication Channels

Official emails will originate only from hey@pitchto.vc ; ensure these addresses are whitelisted.

Disqualification

Providing false or misleading information or violating these Terms may result in immediate disqualification without notice or appeal.

Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pitchto.vc against any claims arising from their pitch submissions or breach of these Terms.

Amendment Rights

Pitchto.vc may modify these Terms; material changes will be communicated via email and posted on our site.
